You get unlimited hours of Internet access per month, e-mail, Spam Marker, and webmail
access. Coming soon is wirelss access from downtown if you have a laptop.
Is there software I need to install?
No, there is no software that takes up memory on your
computer. You use the e-mail program and Internet browser that already comes
with your computer. We supply you with a set of detailed step by step instructions
that is specific to your system that walks you through getting online.
Can I still use Instant Messenger or other chatting
software?
Yes, you can still use Instant Messenger, ICQ, MSN Messenger
even on our system. So you can save money and still be able to chat.
Do you filter for SPAM?
Yes, we have SPAM Marker software with online controls
that helps you keep your e-mail clutter free. We have easy to follow instructions
on our website
Do you have local access numbers?
Yes, we cover Bristol, Dunlap, Edwardsburg, Elkhart,
Goshen, Granger, Lakeville, LaPaz, Middlebury, Mishawaka, New Carlisle, Niles,
Osceola, South Bend, Union, Wakarusa, Wyatt, and some outlying areas.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, we take checks, money orders, and cash. We also take
Visa and Mastercard which can be put on automatic billing.
How do you bill me?
The bills are sent out via the e-mail account you have
with us. (Or we can put your account on automatic billing with a credit card)
If you have an alternate e-mail account you wish to use, please supply us with
the address and we can forward all mail to that account.
How do I sign up?
To set up an account:
Print out the application
form and complete including User ID, password, payment information, and system
type.
Mail the completed application with payment to:

or accounts can be set up via the phone by calling 574-280-4850.
Once the account is activated, set up instructions will be provided via mail,
